Every year I get orders for these chunky beanies with a pom. I ended up having to fill a few orders of this hat again this year, and I loved the color combination of this one. Some time ago, I had made a video tutorial on how to make this hat, but I never posted here to my blog. It’s a little bit overdue, but here are the instructions on how to create your very own chunky beanie.

Did you use more than one skein of blue? Mine is not wide enough yet and I’ve almost run out of yarn. I’m using the lion brand homespun and a 11.5mm hook.
Hi there! I was using a 10mm hook but I think it’s too big. Even just watching your fingers n the hook you are using seem to be no more than a 9mm… Could you confirm the size of the hook, please? Thank you!
