Follow this easy to make recipe and you will be delighted in the end with an absolutely tasty treat!
Zucchini Banana Bread:
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 eggs
1c. mashed banana
2c. grated zucchini (mine was frozen and moisture removed)
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. light oil
optional:
chocolate chips or walnuts (I did not use in my recipe)
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add in wet ingredients and stir.
Add in mashed bananas and zucchini and fold in completely.
Grease and lightly flour your loaf pan.
I used my beautiful le crueset loaf pan that bakes everything perfectly! Fill loaf pan half way.
Put into oven and bake at 350F for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes depending on your oven and altitude. My loaf took the entire 75 minutes. Do a poke check and see if your bread is baked inside.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Loosen cool bread from loaf pan and transfer to a flat surface.
Slice and serve!

I decided to get back into fashion pieces. I have been taking time to ease back into filming following Nasir’s diagnosis and felt it was time to dip my hook back into the fashion pool with my Ruffle Trim Sweater Vest. I used Lion Brand Comfy Cotton Blend Yarn on this piece and am SO PLEASED! This is so cute over a long sleeve t-shirt or blouse, but can also pair nicely with a tank top for a warmer weather look. If you are so inclined, you can also wear nothing under it and just use a little boob tape to hold it in place (or wear it over a sexy bra). You can adjust the length to make it a crop top or a little longer for a full vest look. This can be entirely flexible to your taste. Add bows to the front (check my vid here) or adorn with floral appliques! You can make the same pattern multiple ways for a new look every time! This would also make a great gift!!

-For Panel 1 and 2, measure from your armpit to the center of your chest and that is how many ROWS you will make. To measure the foundation chain of these panels, you need to measure from your navel, up around your shoulder to the back where your navel would hit on your back, that measurement needs to be the WIDTH of your panel or the length of the foundation chain. (See video tutorial for more visual instructions)
-For the bottom waist piece, you need to make the foundation chain the whole measurement of your waist and the length of it can be as long as you want to make the shirt.

Panel 1 and 2 (Left and Right)
Ch 101 (or FSC 100) (yours might be longer or shorter depending on your measurement–see NOTES section)
Row 1: SC in 2nd Ch from hook and across, Ch 1, Turn. (100)
Row 2: SC in each st across, Ch 1, Turn.
Rows 3-28: Repeat Row 2
Row 29: SC across and also continue to crochet around entire piece putting 3 SC in corners.
Sl st to first st and fasten off with long tail for sewing later.
If this is not wide enough or too wide, make more or less rows (See NOTES section for how to measure)
(Be sure to make 2 panels before going onto the bottom piece)
Ruffles:
On outside of each panel attach yarn to corner and only work along ONE SIDE of the panel. Row 1: Ch 2, 2 DC in each st across, Ch 2, Turn
Row 2: *2 DC in next st, DC in next st, Repeat from * across. Fasten off, weave in ends.
Bottom Waistband Piece:
Ch 120 (or any amount that measures your waist measurement when the foundation chain is semi-stetched)
Row 1: Sl st to first Ch to form a large ring, Ch 1, SC in each Ch around, sl st to first st, Ch 1, TURN.
Row 2: SC in each st around, Sl st to first st, Ch 1, TURN.
Rows 3-24: Repeat Row 2
If you want this piece shorter or longer, feel free to make more or less rows.
Assembly Step:
overlap your panels across the front and back and line them up with the bottom of your shirt. Sew across the front, then across the back. Be sure that your “Seam” on the waistband part is on the back side of your piece when you’re sewing. (See video tutorial for visual instructions on how to line everything up together) I used the whip stitch to sew it all together. Weave in all your ends when finished.
Ties:
Chain 150 (or more) and fasten off (make 2)
Weave them in and out of the waist piece across the front for one and across the back for the other, then cinch it and tie into bows.
Weave in all ends.

-You can make the backing of your cup cozy bigger by chaining any even number.

Many times I have made suggestions of ideas on what you can make using the squares from our 365 Days of Granny Squares. Recently, I designed the Spinning Spider Granny Square (Number 266) and The Web We Weave Granny Square (Number 246). I began thinking about a project that I could make to tie these two in together that would work for a table runner or other Halloween related item.
I decided to create a look that has the spider spinning from the web. Doing that required a bit of adjustment on the placement of the spider on the square. In my original Spinning Spider Granny Square Video Tutorial, I demonstrated how to make the square with the spider running vertically on the square. In the Table Runner, I made a few stitch adjustments, I turned the spider to go on a diagonal to achieve the desired results for my finished work, allowing me to run Slip Stitches creating a web strand from the bottom (spinneret) of my spider to the Web square. Please see the video tutorial for instructions below to make this adjustment.
Then, I created duplicate sets of square Numbers 246 and 266 of our 365 Days of Granny Squares to create the ends of our runner. I combined these blocks with the solid granny square (Number 2)that I used with various color combinations of black and orange or black and white to match the other squares in this project. Note: You do not have to make these adjustments nor use my colors. This is creator’s choice.

For round 6 on the solid granny square, use Half Double Crochet instead of Double Crochet to have the same size as your other squares.

I created this Autumn Flower Granny Square design to add to our 365 Days of Granny Squares project. It uses variety of crochet stitches to create an interesting design! I hope you enjoy making your square!
A couple disclaimers before you start: Be sure to check your tension and use the correct size hook for your square. I demonstrate with an H-5.00mm crochet hook in the video tutorial, but you can make yours bigger or smaller by using a bigger or smaller hook. Also, if yours turns out wonky when you are finished, you may need to block this square to make it nice and flat.

-You can use a smaller or larger hook to make this square depending on your tension. I wouldn’t use anything larger than an I-5.5mm Crochet Hook though.
-The finished square measures 6 inches.
-This square is worked from the center outward

Rnd 1: Ch up 3 (counts as DC), 11 DC in ring, sl st to beg. ch up 3. (12 sts)
Fasten off.
Rnd 2: Attach yarn with BPSC around any st, ch 2, *BPSC around next st, ch 2, repeat from * around, sl st to first BPSC
Rnd 3: Ch 1, *FPHDC around BPSC, 3 DC in ch 2 sp, repeat from * around, sl st to 1st FPHDC. Fasten off.
Rnd 4: Work on sts from round 2: Attach yarn with BPSC around BPSC from round 2, *Ch 4, Sk next BPSC, BPSC around next BPSC from round 2, repeat from * around, sl st to first BPSC. (6 ch 4 sps)
Rnd 5: Ch 1, SC in same st, *[SC, HDC, 3 DC, HDC, SC] in ch 4 sp, SC in BPSC, repeat from * around, sl st to 1st SC.
Rnd 6: Ch 1, SC in same st, *2DC in next 7 sts, SC in next, repeat from * around, sl st to 1st sc. Fasten off.
Rnd 7: [BPSC, ch 4, BPSC] around BPSC from round 4, Ch 4, *[BPSC, ch 4, BPSC] around next BPSC from round 4, ch 4, repeat from * around, sl st to first BPSC. (12 ch 4 sps)

This infant pullover hoodie is a very versatile piece for any baby layette. This simple, essential part of a baby boy wardrobe can be used in a variety of ways, making it one of the most well used items you will ever create.
Whether it is a cool summer night and you need a little cover-up to guard from the chill, or layered on a winter day to feel like they are wrapped up in warmth, this little hoodie can be used all year round. There are not many items which can be that multi-functional.
Using the softest fibers, I have created this basic piece that can be adapted to be gender friendly for a little boy or girl. You can get creative and add your own adaptations of this pattern by putting on a pocket or applique. The sky’s the limit with creativity of this great pullover!

DC2TOG, DC in each st to next V-Stitch, DC2TOG, DC in each st to next V-Stitch, DC2TOG, DC in each st to next V-Stitch, DC2TOG, DC in the rest of the stitches and work the last 4 sts in the FRONT LOOPS where the first 4 sts where placed. (Again, I recommend viewing the video tutorial for this portion) Ch 2, turn. (50 DC)
Row 2-15: DC in each st across, Ch 2, turn. (50 DC)
Fasten off with Long tail for sewing.
Assembly Step:
Fold hood in half and sew top seam (View video tutorial for visual instructions)
SC around hood with Accent Color (blue). Fasten off, Weave in all ends
