Front Post Double Crochet and Back Post Double Crochet (FPDC & BPDC)

US Terms

FPDC: Yarn over, insert your hook front-to-back through your work, so that the post you want to crochet around is on the left side of hook, yarn over and pull through. Yarn over, pull through 2 loops, yarn over and pull through 2 loops. (FPDC made)
BPDC: Yarn over, insert your hook back-to-front through your work, so that the post you want to crochet around is on the left side of hook,
yarn over and pull through. Yarn over, pull through 2 loops, yarn over, pull through 2 loops. (BPDC made)
