FREE Crochet Video Tutorial: Summer Fun Sweater

The Summer Fun Sweater is a versatile piece that can be worn as a top or continue making it longer for a tunic top, crochet retro dress, or swimsuit cover up. You can omit sleeves to make a vest or shell as another option. So much in ONE pattern! Check out my video tutorial below and follow along with the written instructions here!

Materials you will need:
Get the supplies individually by clicking the links below
Brava Worsted by WeCrochet in any color (I used Clarity 1080 yards, and Sky 200 yards)
Mighty Stitch by WeCrochet in Sunshine (200 yards)
Size I-5.50mm Crochet Hook
Yarn Needle
Scissors

NOTES:

-Use a smaller hook to make these smaller
-Use a bigger hook to make these bigger
-The video tutorial and written pattern showcase a size Women’s Large US size.
-This is written in US terms
-The neck hole measures 20 inches around (and it stretches)
-The shoulder is 5 inches sewn
-The sleeve is 24 inches long, but if you do more or less rows you can make them as long as you want.
-The Length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt is 23 inches (but you can make yours longer if you want it to be a tunic style)
-The bust measurement is 40 inches around
-This project goes off measurements, and the front and back panel need to be half of your bust measurement wide. (mine is 20 inches wide because my bust is 40 inches around)
-This piece is made crocheting the front panel, then the back panel, then sewing them together, then adding the sleeves last.
-This took about 3 days for me to create.
-You can check out yarnsub.com to see yarn substitutions that are equal to the WeCrochet yarn I used in this project.
