The Bow and Bauble Door Hanging is the best way to greet your guests on this 11th Day of Christmas! I created a crochet bow, then I paired the bow with some simple yet colorful ornaments and some shimmering ribbon. I love the final result!!
First I chained 120, Then I worked a DC in the very first chain to create a ring and I just worked in continuous rounds putting a DC in each chain around, and then continuing to put a DC in each stitch around without slip stitching to the beginning or anything. I worked in a swirl! Then after Round 12, I fastened off with a long tail.
I used that long tail and cinched the center of the bow down like this.
Then I took the ribbon and fabric glue and attached it in the center of the bow.
After that, I tied on the baubles and my bow was complete!!!
I did this project in an afternoon. It was sooooo easy!!

Our first crochet project in the 12 Days of Christmas, starts with this Bows and Bells Napkin Rings! This project takes a common household item and transforms it to make these lovely tabletop decorations.
These napkin rings use an every day household item that usually gets tossed in the trash or recycled. This project is a great way to reduce waste and reuse your tissue paper rolls!
While I was experimenting and playing around with the napkin ring, I noticed a flame-less tea-light candle fit inside the ring perfectly! ((Disclaimer: DO NOT USE OR LIGHT A REAL CANDLE WITH THIS PIECE)) Sitting on the side of a shelf, this looks very festive!
Follow along with this video tutorial to learn how to make these napkin rings:

Every once in a while I like to change things up from the “traditional” to a little bit of a “non-traditional” decor. This bow garland is the perfect way to make that change but still keep with a lovely touch during the holiday season. Using this garland, you can trim your tree, hang in a doorway, or swag it along a banister. This adds a lovely touch to the festive feel of your home this holiday.
I created mine in a multi-colored strand, but your creativity should know no bounds when creating your very own. A combination of red and green, silver and gold, or solid white would all be wonderful ways to display this garland for Christmas.
This project would also be great for a baby nursery or a party decoration! Have fun making yours!

“Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas.” ~Calvin Coolidge
Today’s tutorial is a baby dress with a bow. This piece completes the bow-tastic trio outfit, complete with a crocheted bow hat and crocheted bow sandals.
This video demonstrates a dress that is 0-3 months in size which is perfect for a newborn! I found a lot of inspiration from this pattern that I found for free online by This Housewife Life.
I made this dress using Red Heart yarn in white and red, however, you can use any worsted weight yarn of your choice. If you wanted to make this a bigger size, I would recommend using a larger hook and/or thicker yarn. I used an H-5.00mm hook. You could use an I-5.5mm hook or even a J-6.00mm hook.
If you want to make your bow bigger or smaller, watch this video tutorial I filmed a while back to show you how!
This ruffle dress is very girly! The bow embellishment really dresses this outfit up! You can change out the embellishment with a flower, a butterfly, or anything else you can think of! Get creative with embellishments and color! This is just a basic tutorial to get you started. This video is geared toward an intermediate crocheter, but I tried to work in a way that a beginner could try this challenge as well.
